Step 1: Download the OTA package

You can download files with the prefix OTA- here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RlhjXInYh7t_ITkWS6fqKY4quZAAKmuT

At the moment, this is the newest version, so download it

If possible, please do a Factory Reset after updating, since OTA update currently has some flaws and zinwa is not fixing it (yet?)

Step 2: Upload it to your Q25’s internal storage or SD Card

Here I copied it to the Download folder, or you can download the file directly on your Q25

Step 3: Update

  1. Go to Settings → About phone → System updates

  2. Press the upper right 3-dots button → Local updates

  3. Choose the downloaded file

  4. Press Install Now → OK

  5. Wait for it, should be around 40 minutes → 1 hour. It will restart automatically when it’s done!
